Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of issue.
The expiry date is stated on the voucher, and expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.
Redemption
Vouchers can be used towards any Aconite Interiors products or services, including bespoke soft furnishings, upholstery, and consultations.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Partial Use
If the full value of the voucher is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance will be carried forward for future use within the validity period.
No cash refunds will be given for unused balances.
Non-Transferable
Gift vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the bearer. They cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Aconite Interiors is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. They cannot be replaced or refunded.
Custom Orders
Vouchers used towards bespoke or made-to-order items must be redeemed at the time of ordering. Deposits may still apply.
Returns & Refunds
Purchases made with gift vouchers are subject to our standard refund and exchange policies. If a refund is necessary, it will be issued as a voucher credit.
